The Blueberry variety is itself one of the all-time best sellers. As with many other automatic varieties, its main advantage lies in the fact that it does not depend on the light cycle. It will be ready for harvest in approximately ten weeks’ time. The plants will grow outdoors for a short period, but they do not grow very high and are easily hidden from the eyes of unwanted visitors. It is a very attractive alternative for a summer crop in northern latitudes, while in Mediterranean regions you can even expect to get two or three harvests. For automatic genetics we have used the Canadian Ruderalis variety and crossed it with the Blueberry to obtain the Auto Berry, which we now present you. The plant begins to fl ower about 25 days after the seed germinates. The characteritic taste of sweet blueberry that distinguishes Blueberry, and its famous blue-violet hue, are both maintained in this variety.
